Partnering to Support Women's Health
Give Your Patients the Depth of Support You Wish You Had Time to Provide

Fifteen-minute appointments rarely allow for comprehensive hormone education, cycle literacy, or detailed lifestyle implementation.
Hormone Coaching through Essentially Her fills that gap — offering structured, evidence-informed coaching that reinforces your treatment plan and empowers patients to take ownership of their health.
About Essentially Her
Shawna Bowers spent 14 years as a clinical laboratory scientist, working closely with physicians and patients to analyze hormone panels, interpret lab results, and understand the biochemistry behind menstrual cycles, fertility, and hormone imbalances. Today, as a certified hormone coach, she uses that deep clinical knowledge — combined with her personal experience navigating PCOS and Hashimoto's— to empower women to understand their bodies, support their hormones naturally, and implement actionable, evidence-informed lifestyle strategies between medical visits.
Essentially Her programs are structured, clinically informed, and designed to complement, not replace, medical care. Patients remain under your guidance while gaining the education and accountability they need to achieve lasting results.
